| 英文摘要 | Huperzine A (1), an inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase isolated from the clubmoss Huperzia serrata, is used for treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The preparation of four analogues of Hup A, compounds 2, 3,4 and 5, was described. Their biological activities were also tested. |
