英文摘要The internal friction (IF) method combined with high resolution XRD was used to systematically study the correlation between thermal history and high-temperature order-disorder phase transition in Fe-18Ga alloy. In the first and second heating processes, results show that the IF peak (P-tr) position related to order-disorder phase transition is independent of thermal history, but thermal history has a significant effect on the peak height. With the number of thermal cycles increasing, the peak height of P-tr become more pronounced. Combined with high resolution XRD results, the mechanism of this phenomenon is mainly due to the fact that more D0(3) phase is formed as the number of cycles increases. Furthermore, the elimination of internal dislocation in the Fe-18Ga alloy will also contribute to the formation of the P-tr peak. (C) 2018 Published by Elsevier B.V.
