| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the spatial arrangement of each part and even an optical isolator by beam-injecting and synchronizing a semiconductor laser to an optical signal projected from an input terminal and extracting synchronous output beams from the semiconductor laser from an output terminal. CONSTITUTION:A directional coupler 8 constituted together with an electrode 10 while two optical waveguides 9, 13 are brought close on a dielectric substrate 6 having an electro-optical effect, optical waveguides 11, 12 each connected to the optical waveguides 9, 13 optically, phase shifters 15, 16 and a reflecting device 14 are provided. An optical signal is projected from an input terminal for the optical waveguide 9 while laser beams are projected from a semiconductor laser device 7. Both beams are coupled by the directional coupler 8 and the sum is outputted, and synchronous output beams from a semicondutor laser are outputted from an output terminal for the optical waveguide 13. |
