| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain an optical circuit having low loss, high efficiency and low crosstalk by providing glass blocks for which interference film filters are stuck on the output end face of an optical demultiplexer to reflect and receive only required beams. CONSTITUTION:The triangular glass blocks 4 having the same material as a waveguide 22 are fixed on the output end face of the optical demultiplexer 8 and the interference film filters 6a, 6b for reflecting beams with wavelength lambda1 or lambda2 are stuck to the inclined faces of the blocks 5. An optical signal including the wavelengths lambda1, lambda2 is demultiplexed by the demultiplexer 8, a beam with the wavelength lambda1 and a beam with the wavelength lambda2 are respectively guided to output terminals 20c, 20d and only required beams are reflected by the filters 6a, 6b and received by photodetectors 7a, 7b to convert the received beams into an electric signal. Since the cutting characteristics of the filters can be sharpened, high isolation characteristic (low crosstalk characteristic) can be attained. |
