英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain an optically multiplex light source of a structure, wherein a plurality of optical frequency PLL parts, which control the wavelength of input light corresponding to the wavelength of input light and are mutually connected in vertical connection, and a reference light source, which applies a light of a constant wavelength to the input of the first-stage optical frequency PLL part, are provided and the output light each have the prescribed frequency interval to the input light in the second-stage PLL part and the PLL part that follows that. CONSTITUTION:In an optical frequency PLL part 2, the output wavelength is locked a wavelength to correspond to the wavelength of a reference wavelength light source 1 and light is incided in an optical frequency multiplication part 23. A secondary high-frequency output light, which is inputted using a 4-layer slab waveguide consisting of air-TiO2-ZnS-glass, is obtained, an optical heterodyne detection part 21 outputs a frequency difference between the output light and the output light of the light source 1 and the difference is controlled to an equal frequency f01=1/2Xfs in a variable wavelength light source part 22. In a PLL part 3, a reference offset frequency f0S is applied to an optical heterodyne detection part 31 and the output of a variable wavelength light source 32 becomes f02=(1/2)fS+f0S and in a PLL part 4, the output of a variable wavelength light source 42 becomes f03=(1/2)fS+2f0S. Photo output having the interval f0S can be obtained correctly from the PLL part of each stage. |
