| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To attain a multiple mode from the longitudinal mode, by providing an output light feedback system to a single longitudinal mode semiconductor laser element having a refractive index waveguide mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The laser light outputted from an end of a resonator of the laser element 1 having spectral characteristics of a single mode is designated as an output light, the laser light outputted from the other end of the resonator is reflected on a reflection mirror 3 having a reflecting plane of 70% reflectance via a fixed condensor lens 2, and made incident to the laser element 1 via the condensor lens 2 again. Thus, the multiple mode is attained for the element of single longitudinal mode. |
