| 英文摘要 | The coupling device has a planer-optical hybrid coupler formed in a semiconductor substrate, with an integrated optical duplexer. A branch waveguide(6) extends parallel to a first waveguide(2), with a deflection mirror(11) provided at a bent angle(10) of the coupling waveguide. Pref. the deflected section(7) of the branch waveguide is coupled to a laser diode(8) via a cylindrical lens, the end of the first waveguide coupled to a photodiode(5) at one end and to an optical fibre(4) fitted into a reception slot(3) in the substrate at its other end. |
