| 英文摘要 | A tunable laser arrangement (1) is specified whose emission spectrum is always single-moded longitudinally. The emission spectrum of the laser arrangement (1) is the interference signal which is formed in a common region of the two ring oscillators (3, 4). The optical path length of the one ring oscillator (4) is varied in an electrooptically active region (11), as a result of which the laser arrangement (1) is tuned. The laser arrangement (1) is operated in the continuous-wave mode and is modulated outside the laser loop (2). |
