| 英文摘要 | A vertical resonator surface emission laser (VCSEL) comprises a substrate (101), a laminate structure including a first reflector (102), a light emitting layer (103), and a second reflector (104) laminated sequentially on the substrate, and a plurality of cavities (108) provided in the laminating direction while being arranged periodically and two-dimensionally in a lamination plane of the laminate structure excepting a predetermined region. In this vertical resonator surface emission laser, the size or shape of a pair of cavities facing each other through the predetermined region is different from the size or shape of the other cavities. |
