| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the dragging, etc. of solder by a soldering iron, and to align an axis positively by coating solder fixing an optical fiber with a metallic foil and dissolving solder through the metallic foil. CONSTITUTION:A soldering iron 6 is brought into contact with solder 5 from the upper section of a metallic foil 7 on axial alignment, solder 5 is heated at the melting point or higher and dissolved, and an optical fiber 3 can be moved in solder 5. The optical fiber 3 is adjusted under the state, and fixed at a position where the coupling efficiency of the optical fiber 3 and a light emitting element 2 is maximized. When adjustment work is stopped at the position where coupling efficiency is maximized and the soldering iron 6 is separated from solder 5, the temperature of solder 5 drops, solder cures when the temperature reaches to the melting point or lower, and the optical fiber 3 is fastened. Since the soldering iron 6 is brought into contact with solder 5 through the metallic foil 7 at that time, there is not possibility of which solder 5 and the optical fiber 3 are dragged when moving the soldering iron 6, thus positively preventing axial displacement. |
