英文摘要PURPOSE:To enable an LD excitation solid-state laser device to emit green light which can be modulated at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state laser resonator of right-angled structure is composed of a YAG laser element 1, a resonator lens 2, a 45 deg. incidence dichroic mirror 3, a dichroic resonator mirror 4, and a Brewster plate 5, where a 90 deg. phase alignment non-linear optical element 6 whose sides are coated with coatings nonreflective to laser rays of YAG laser oscillation wavelengths and green light emitting face is coated with a coating nonreflective to green light of certain wavelengths is arranged at a beam waist inside a laser resonator.
