| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To simplify optical coupling and couple a plurality of semiconductor lasers by inserting an optical fiber into a laser exit hole formed in a substrate surface. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 1 excited through an active waveguides 1-2 is deflected 90 deg. in its optical path on a slanting reflecting surface, and emanates from an exit ports 1-3 perpendicularly to a substrate. The tip end of an optical shape, and inserted into the exit ports 1-3 and fixed with resin 1-6. Only with the insertion of the optical film 1-5 into the exit hole 1-6 an optical axis of the exit light and the core of the optical fibers 1-5 are exactly aligned. |
