| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To detect individual light output of a plurality of light emitting points independently with a low crosstalk by a method wherein a semiconductor laser with a plurality of the light emitting points, a plurality of optical waveguides which guide the emitted lights of the respective light emitting points independently and a plurality of photodetectors which detect the intensities of the guided lights are provided and those components are housed in one package. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor laser 1 with a plurality of light emitting points 1a-1c, a plurality of optical waveguides 3a-3c which guide the emitted lights of the respective light emitting points 1a-1c independently and a plurality of photodetectors 4a-4c are provided and the semiconductor laser 1, the optical waveguides 3a-3c and the photodetectors 4a-4c are housed in one package. For instance, the lights emitted by the semiconductor laser 1 with a plurality of the light emitting points 1a-1c enter the optical waveguides 3a-3c on a semiconductor substrate 2 and propagate through the optical waveguides. The lights propagating through the optical waveguides 3a-3c enter the respective photodetectors 4a-4c provided at the ends of the optical waveguides and are detected independently. |
