| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obtain a wavelength variable laser light source which can be driven by a low voltage, stably operated, facilitated in reduction in size and weight, swept in a wide wavelength range at a high speed and suppressed in a mode hopping by employing a variable wavelength filter between a lens and a mirror. CONSTITUTION:A laser diode chip 101 with a reflective coating on one emission end face; a lens 102 for colimating light from the coated side; a variable wavelength filter 103 of a laminate structure including a glass board, a transparent electrode, a high reflection mirror, an oriented film, a liquid crystal, an oriented film, a high reflection mirror, a transparent electrode and a glass board; and a convex or plain mirror 104 are sequentially disposed in the direction of the light irradiation. The filter 103 is inclined from an axial perpendicular to an optical axis. Thus, a mechanically movable section is eliminated. A wavelength variable laser light source which can be stably driven with a low voltage, swept in a wide wavelength range at a high speed, suppressed in a hopping mode and reduced in size and weight, is obtained. |
