| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To shape up the shape of a laser beam on the surface of reflection and to impart a phase adjusting function to an array laser by a method wherein recesses and projections, having a certain inclination against the light emitted from a laser diode, are cyclically provided on the reflection surface of a heat sink. CONSTITUTION:An array laser 2 is mounted on a heat sink 10, a low reflection factor coating 3 and a high reflection factor coating 4 are provided on the heat sink 10, and the reflection surfaces A11 and B12 having different reflection factor are formed respectively. A tilt angle theta13 is given to the reflection surfaces A11 and B12, a stepping h14 is provided on the reflection surfaces A11 and B12, and a light path difference l15 is provided on the reflection surfaces A11 and B12. The stepping (h) of said reflection surfaces A11 and B12 is set at 2N+1/2.lambdacostheta, and the light path difference l14 of an output light is set at N+1/2.lambda. The laser beam radiated from a stripe 6 is reflected by the reflection surfaces All or B12, the change of phase is shifted by (2N+1)pi radian, and the shape of the laser beam discharged from the adjacent stripe 6 is shaped up using a single constitution. |
