| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To obviate the need for pressing glass frit deposited on a cap body, by previously applying glass frit on glass board regions defined on a glass mother board, dividing the glass mother board into individual glass boards and fusion bonding each of the glass boards to the cap body. CONSTITUTION:Glass board regions 11 are defined on a glass mother board 10 and paste-type glass frit 12 is applied on one surface of each region 11 in substantially square pattern corresponding to the configurations of an aperture 7a of a cap body, and the glass frit is baked temporarily. The glass mother board 10 is turned upside down, expanded tape is affixed on the surface coated with the glass frit 12, and the glass mother board 10 is divided along the boundaries of the glass board regions 1 The expanded tape is then stretched so that the glass board 11 is divided into individual units. The glass board unit is put within the cap body 7 with the surface having the glass frit 12 facing down. The assembly is baked so that the glass board 11 is integrally bonded to the periphery of the aperture 7a of the cap body 7 by means of the molten glass frit 9. |
