英文摘要The invention relates to a radiation-emitting semiconductor arrangement (1), comprising at least one semiconductor body (2) having an active region (20) provided for generating a primary radiation (91), and comprising a radiation conversion element (3), wherein during the operation of the semiconductor arrangement, the radiation conversion element converts the primary radiation to a secondary radiation (92), at least in part, and the radiation conversion element radiates the secondary radiation at a narrow angle. The invention further relates to a device (10) having such a semiconductor arrangement.
