| 英文摘要 | The invention provides an optoelectronic device combining a vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) and a photodetector 158 for monitoring the output power of the vertical cavity surface emitting laser. To improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the photodetector 158, a light deflector 152 is interposed between the photodetector 158 and the VCSEL. The light deflector 152 may take the shape of a half-lentoid, fractional spherical shape, or a cylindrical shape. The deflector may by a Fresnel zone plate, Fresnel lens, be of any concave structure and may be achieved using ion implantation. |
