Highly Efficient and Recyclable Fe-OMS-2 Catalyst for Enhanced Degradation of Acid Orange 7 in Aqueous Solution

英文摘要 | Here Fe-doped on manganese oxide octahedral molecular sieve (Fe-OMS-2) has been successfully synthesized and used as an efficient catalyst for acid orange 7 degradation in the presence of peroxymonosulfate in aqueous solutions. Then Fe-OMS-2 has been characterized by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Fe-OMS-2 catalyst exhibits higher efficiency for the degradation of acid orange 7 in comparison with OMS-2. Then various amounts of Fe-OMS-2, AO7 concentration and PMS concentration have also been tested for the degradation of acid orange 7. In addition, the catalyst Fe-OMS-2 has been successfully reused 5 times without significant decrease in catalytic activity by simple filtration. |
