Preliminary Analysis and Security Evaluation of Heavy Metals in Soils on the East Slope of Gongga Mountain

英文摘要The contents of six heavy metal elements including Cd, Pb, Cr, Ni, Hg and As in soils collected from the east slopes of Gongga Mountain were determined and analyzed, and the soil security were evaluated by single factor contaminant index and Nemerow multi-factor contaminant index method, respectively. The results showed that the average contents of heavy metals (Hg, Pb and As) in the topsoils reached the national level, but Cd, Cr and Ni exceed the standard level in varied degree. The single factor contaminant indexes of Cd, Pb, Cr, Ni, Hg and As were 1.88, 0.87, 1.151.06, 0.45, 0.26 respectively. And the pollution degree was Cd>Cr>Ni>Pb>Hg>As. Emerow multi-factor contaminant indexes were between 0.92 to 4.89, which showed that 22.2% of sampled soils were less clean, 66.7% of sampled soils were low-grade polluted and 11.1% of sampled soils were heavily polluted. For protection of soil of Gongga Mountain, it' s urgent to dearly know the pollution sources of heavy metal at Gongga Mountain east slope, and take effective measures to originally cut the heavy metal pollution sources.
