| 英文摘要 | A regioselective addition of C7-H bonds of indolines to formaldehyde is reported to synthesize a variety of C-7 hydroxymethylated indolines via a Ru(II)-catalyzed C-H activation. More importantly, a one-pot C-H formylation procedure is also developed to synthesize valuable C7-formyl indoles. (C) 2019 Published by Elsevier Ltd. |
