英文摘要In order to obtain new bioactive compounds from marine fungi chemical investigations on the secondary metabolites of three marine-derived fungal strains Spiromastix sp. SCSIO 40D3, Penicillium canescens SCSIO z053, and Aspergillus terreusSCSIO 49D1 have carried out. Chemical study on the extracts of the culture broth of marine-derived fungal strain Spiromastix sp. SCSIO 40D3 led to the obtainment of 16 known compounds including coniochaeton A (1) four butenolide compounds, butyrolactone I (2), butyrolactone II (3), butyrolactone III (4), butyrolactone IV (5) and citreorosein (6), two penicillenols, penicillenol A1 (7), penicillenol A2 (8), two C-25 unusual steroids neocyclocitrinol D (9), erythro-23-O-methylneocyclocitrinol (10), one polyketide 7-Carboxypenicitrinol C (11), and five other known metabolites including, embeurekol C (12), cyclo(L-pro-L-tyr) (13), N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)]ethylacetamide (14), dihydrocitrinone (15), 2, 4-dihydroxy-3, 5, 6-trimethylbenzene (16).Chemical study on a fraction of the extracts of the culture broth of marine-derived fungal strain Penicillium canescens SCSIO z053 led to the isolation of one new isopentylated dibenzodioxocinone, canescenin A (17), and a new isopentylated pyran-3,5-dione derivative, canescenin B (18), along with two other known pyran derivatives, 5-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-pyran4-yl) methyl acetate (19), (3S)-6,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-3,4-dihydro-1H-isochromen-1-one (20) and one known meroterpenoid chodrimanin H (21). Compounds 17 and 18 showed weak antibacterial activity.Chemical study on the extracts of the culture broth of marine-derived fungal strain Aspergillus terreus SCSIO 49D1 led to the isolation of 9 compounds. The isolated compounds include one egosterol (22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (22), two isocoumarin derivatives; 3-methyl-6-hydroxy-8-methoxy-3,4-dihydroisocoumarin (23), talaisocoumarin A (25), one quinazoline serantrypinone (24), four butenolide compounds; butyrolactone V (26), butyrolactone VI (27), aspernolide B (28), aspernolide G (30) and 4'-hydroxy-3'-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)acetophenone (29).
