英文摘要Marine ecosystem possesses all kind of microorganisms for its special and unique environment. These marine microorganisms have their unique, and complex metabolic pathways and genetic background, and can produce distinct metabolites with novel structures, and continue to be an important source of bioactive lead compounds. In this dissertation three marine-derived fungi, including, two fungal stains, Penicillium chrysogenum SCSIO 00258 and Aspergillus sydowii SCSIO 00305 were collected from deep-sea gorgonian while the strain SCSIO z015 were collected in Okinawa Trough from deep-sea gorgonian South China Sea, , and the fungal strain C. cladosporioides SCSIO z015 was isolated from the deep-sea sediments in Okinawa Trough South China Sea. These fungal strains were selected as aim strains for further investigation of their secondary metabolites. As a result, seventy-one compounds were isolated and structurally elucidated from the cultural extracts of these three fungal strains, including 8 of them were new compounds. Some of the isolated compounds were evaluated their anti-biofilm, cytotoxicity, and DPPH scavenging activities.
