Effects of the post-annealing reductive-atmosphere-sintered (K0.48Na0.52)NbO3 lead-free piezoceramics

| 英文摘要 | Post-annealing in a weak oxidative atmosphere (a partial pressure of oxygen P(O-2) = 1 x 10(-6) MPa in high purity N2) was applied to the reductive-atmosphere-sintered (K0.48Na0.52)NbO3 lead-free piezoceramics. Structural characterization indicated that the Nb-O bond length and local structure order degree of the (K0.48Na0.52)NbO3 ceramics increased after post-annealing. The dielectric and impedance spectra analysis revealed that the oxygen vacancies could be compensated after the post-annealing process. The piezoelectric performances of the KNN ceramics post-annealed at 900 degrees C for 4 h were comparable with that of counterpart sintered in the air. These results indicate that the post-annealing treatment may provide a prospective approach for the fabrication of base metal electrode-cofired KNN multilayer piezoelectric devices. |
