英文摘要Eu-La doped natural wollastonite phosphors (Wo: Eu, La) with full visible spectra emission were successfully synthesized via solid phase thermal diffusion method in air. XRD studies verified the low temperature triclinic alpha-CaSiO3 phase of the prepared phosphors. Larger and aliovalent La3+ ion substitution for Ca2+ was employed to tune the luminescence based on multiple cation sites strategy. It's proved that when the Ca ions were partially replaced by the larger La ions, not only part of Eu3+ were reduced to Eu2+, but also the redistribution of Eu2+ emission centers happened, which is responsible for the changes of emission color from red to blue under 350-400 ultraviolet light excitation. The multiple-emitting phosphor is a promising candidate to help make white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) with high color rendering index.
