英文摘要 | LetFbe an irreducible differential polynomial overk(t) withkbeing an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero. The authors prove thatF= 0 has rational general solutions if and only if the differential algebraic function field overk(t) associated toFis generated overk(t) by constants, i.e., the variety defined byFdescends to a variety overk. As a consequence, the authors prove that ifFis of first order and has movable singularities thenFhas only finitely many rational solutions. |
