英文摘要 | Bioactive natural products play an important role in the research and development of new drugs. In our search for bioactive natural substances as potential lead compounds for inflammation, four new (1-4) and six known (6-10) triterpenoids were acquired from Lantana camara. Using NMR and MS techniques and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations, these isolates were characterized and the new compounds (1-4) were found to be euphane-type triterpenoids. The in vitro anti-inflammatory effects of all the isolates were evaluated and the more bioactive compounds were selected for the investigation of preliminary mechanism using molecular docking and Western blotting experiments, as well as the in vivo anti-inflammatory evaluation using a zebrafish model. |
