| 英文摘要 | Ferromagnetism has been observed in ion and neutron irradiated SiC single crystals. In this paper, we present a structural and magnetic investigation on 6H-SiC irradiated by swift heavy ions. The co-exist of paramagnetism, superparamagnetism and ferromagnetism is revealed by using different magnetometry methods. The ferromagnetic component persists well above room temperature. This study confirms the general existence of defect-induced magnetism in SiC. |
