英文摘要 | The effects of multiple spatial policies and their management will have a profound impact on urban growth. Therefore, a quantitative evaluation of the effects of multiple spatial policies is proposed. In addition, the effects of a single policy, overlapped policy and combined policy are quantitatively evaluated through this method. The findings are as follows: the dominant effect of a single polygon control (polygon -shape control, such as residential planning area) is significant. In the overlapped policy, the effect of polygon control is strengthened. For example, compared to the single residential planning area, the proportion of new residential construction land increased from 75% to 94.2% within the overlapped planning areas (such as residential planning area plus point-shape control subway station); in addition, its mixedness decreased from 0.372 to 0.215. The combination of different types of polygon policies will further strengthen the control effect of the dominant type, improving the mixedness and population agglomeration. Finally, from the perspective of sensitivity analysis, the validity and credibility of the evaluation is proved. |
