We propose a symmetric hybrid plasmonic silicon waveguide (SHPWG), which could offer broadband flattened dispersion and high nonlinearity. All-optical logic XOR gates for 100 Gb/s signals is realized via four-wave mixing (FWM) in the C-band. © OSA 2020 © 2020 The Author(s)
