英文摘要There are lots of noises in video which captured in radiation environments. The wavelet denoise performs advantages on images. In the present study, a coupled wavelet and kalman filter method is applied in neighbor frames processing, while the necessary transformations are derived. The compared experiments for the video denoise in radiation environment are implemented, and the structural similarity index method has been adopted to analyze results, suggesting a significant effectiveness for processing video with radiation-noise. © 2019 IEEE.
