Effect of titanium content on the microstructure and stress rupture properties in a Ni-base single superalloy

英文摘要The microstructures of as-cast and after heat treatment and stress rupture properties were investigated in a Ni-base single crystal superalloy with different contents of titanium. The results show that the microstructures and stress rupture properties will be influenced by addition of different contents of titanium. For the as-cast structure, with increasing of titanium, the size and amount of gamma/gamma' eutectic in interdendritic region increase obviously, at the same time, the area of interdendritic region is enlarged. After heat treatment, gamma' phases in dendrite core in three alloys have nearly the same morphology with regular cubic shape and the size of 400 nm similar to 500 nm. In our research range, with the increasing of titanium content, the stress-rupture life decreases a little and elongation increases slightly.
