英文摘要The in situ XRD and Rietveld refinement have been used to study the dehydrogenation of fcc delta phase hydrides of Ti-Mo alloys in the temperature range of 293 to 1173 K, including lattice parameters, crystallite sizes and mirostrains. During annealing, delta phase transformed to bcc beta phase solid solution. Lattice parameters of the delta and beta phases decrease with increasing Mo content and rising temperatures, and the changes of parameter of beta phase are greater than that of the delta phase. With increasing temperatures, the crystallite sizes and microstrains of the two phases both show a trend of a small-large-small sequence. The observed phenomena have been explained and discussed based on the influences of micro defects, misfit of lattices and thermal expansions etc.
