英文摘要 | NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) is one of the most promising medical implant materials. The fretting behavior of NiTi SMA in distilled water was studied on a SRVIII friction and wear tester. The influence of load on wear mechanism of NiTi SMA was investigated. The surface morphologies and the component of wear debris were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscope (EDS). The wear depth was investigated by surface profiler. The wear volume was also calculated. The results show that the friction coefficient and the wear volume of NiTi SMA in distilled water were increased with the increase of load. The fretting wear mechanism was mainly grain abrasive and fatigue flake mechanism. |
