Preparation and spectrum characteristics of (Y, Gd)(2)O-3 : Eu3+ nanoparticles

| 英文摘要 | (Y, Gd)(2)O-3:Eu3+ nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method, in which ammonia was employed as precipitating agent. XRD, TEM, SEM and DSC/TG were used to analyze the morphology and characteristics of the powders. The excitation spectrum and emission spectrum of the samples were analyzed by the fluorophotometer. The results show that the powders are spherical particles with uniform size distribution of 20 nm under calcining at 800 degrees C for 2 h. The sample has two excitation peaks at 235 nm and 250 nm when the monitoring wavelength is 612.0 nm, which are caused by the (Y, Gd)(2)O-3 medium absorption and the CTS absorption of Eu3+, respectively. And the intensity of the former is higher than that of the latter. When the molar concentration of doping Eu3+ is 3%, the emission peak of D-5(0) --> F-7(2) transition states has the strongest intensity, and when the concentration of Eu3+ is 7%, the intensity decreased due to the concentration quenching. |
