Crystallization Behavior of La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)(22.3) Bulk Amorphous Alloy Prepared by Spray Forming

| 英文摘要 | The crystallization behavior of the spray-formed La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)(22.3) bulk amorphous alloys and the suction-cast alloys was studied. The results show that the crystallization processes of both the La62Al1.57(Cu,Ni)(22.3) amorphous alloys include three stages. La, Al3La and an unknown phase containing much Cu and Ni are precipitated in the amorphous matrix, respectively. Calculating of the activation energy and annealing experimental results for the La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)(22.3) amorphous alloys show that the thermal stability of the spray-formed bulk La62Al15.7(Cu,Ni)(22.3) amorphous alloy is better than that of the suction-cast amorphous alloy. below 503 K, while above 553 K it is inverse. |
