| 英文摘要 | The corrosion of Fe-15 wt% Y alloy in H-2-H2S under 10(-8) atm S-2 was studied at 600-800 degrees C with the aim of improving the sulfidation resistance of pure Fe, The corrosion rate of the alloy tends to become parabolic after an initial non-parabolic period and is intermediate between those of the two pure metals. Thus, Y is not as beneficial as expected, since the alloy corrodes still much faster than pure Y, even though more slowly than pure Fe, At all temperatures the alloy forms an external FeS layer, beneath which a complex mixed region containing FeS and the yttrium oxysulfide is also present, through which iron can diffuse outwards to form the external layer, At 700 and 800 degrees C an innermost layer of iron metal and yttrium oxysulfide is also observed, Thus, the addition of 15 wt% Y is not sufficient to prevent the sulfidation of iron. |
