英文摘要Button specimens were prepared to study the effect of the trace elements (P, C, Si and Nb) on the delta-ferrite precipitation in the solidification microstructure of a Cr-Ni-Mn-N austenitic steel using delta-ferrite detector and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The experimental results show that there is a gradient distribution of delta-ferrite amount decreasing from the surface to the center of the specimens, and the delta-ferrite amounts were greatly affected by the kind and content of the trace elements and their interaction with other elements. Furthermore, the content of the trace elements has a significant effect on the solidification mode of Cr-Ni-Mn-N austenitic steel.
