英文摘要The morphological instability of nanometer Pb film under electron beam irradiation was investigated using transmission electron microscopy. The morphological instability is characterized by spheroidizaiton of Pb film and coalescence of Pb particles. Based on the thermodynamics analysis, it has been found that the spheroidization of Pb film is related to the state of Pb/Al interface as well as the interface energy. When the interface of Pb and Al is semi-coherent no spheroidization of Pb film occurs.
