| 英文摘要 | The reactions at the interface between Ti-46Al (at.-%) alloy and calcia stabilised cubic zirconia of a specially prepared reaction couple were investigated, in order to confirm and further clarify the mechanism and products of reaction between the metal melt and the ceramic shell mould during investment casting. In the subsurface layer of the normal casting, energy dispersive spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy analyses revealed the formation of Al2Zr and (Ti,Zr)(5)Si-3 particles at the dendrite boundaries of gamma TiAl, as a result of the dissolution of ZrO2 and subsequent diffusion of the Zr atoms into the melt, leading to grain refinement. In the intensified reaction layer, apart from the above phases, X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the formation of TiO, Al2O3, monoclinic ZrO2 as well as the complex cubic compound Ca0.8Ti0.73+Zr2.4O7, This agrees with a previous X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy result from the surface layer of normal castings.
