英文摘要The morphology, phase composition, particle size distribution, thermal stability and microhardness of the gas atomized Al86Ni6Y4.5Co2La1.5 amorphous alloy powder were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffractometry, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), particle size analysis, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and hardness tester, respectively. The result show that most of the Al86Ni6Y4.5Co2La1.5 amorphous alloy powder is below 45 mu m (about 80%), and the powder is consisted of amorphous matrix and nano-crystallization phase. Its crystallization process is amorphous -> amorphous'+fcc-Al -> fcc-Al+AlNiY+Al2Y There exists a layer of Al2O3 oxidation with 180.81 nm in width. The hardness of the powder is beyond 3000 MPa.
