英文摘要 | Uptake, translocation, and distribution behavior of flumorph in cucumber seedling were determined by biological test and the high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method. The results showed that flumorph was a systemic, fungicide and translocated upwards readily in trachea of the xylem with transpiration but not in the phloem, so it was easily accumulated in leaves. Flumorph also showed a translaminar activity and redistribution activity in intact plants, but can not translocate from one leaf to another in either acropetal or basipetal direction. For these reasones, flumorph can protect whole plant after being applied in soil, but be failed to protect new leaves after foliar application. CCCP, temperature, the properties of amino acid and sucrose, as well as the pH values of solvents. had no significant affect on the intake of flumorph by cucumber, indicating that it tended to uptake and transport flumorph passively. |
