| 英文摘要 | A multi-dimension HPLC/MS(MSn) analytical model using a combination of HPLC/TOF-MS and HPLC/Ion Trap MS' was used to systemically screen and identify multi-classified components in a traditional Chinese medicine formula Liushenwan. Benefit from combining the accurate mass measurement of HPLC/TOF-MS to generate elemental compositions and the complementary multilevel structural information provided by HPLC/Ion Trap MS', 25 components in Liushenwan were identified in all, the corresponding standards were used for corroboration. All the components identified were surveyed and classified according to their medicinal materials derivation (Musk (Moschus berezovskii Flerov), bezoar (Bos Taurus domesticus Gmelin) and toad venom ( Bufo gargarizans Cantor)). This study is expected to provide an effective and reliable pattern for comprehensive and systematic characterization of the complex systems. |
