英文摘要A new method for catalyzed synthesis of triazolopyrimidine derivatives is reported. Alkylamine reaction with dialkyl cyanodithioiminocarbonate was catalyzed by quaternary ammonium salts at room temperature to yield 3-alkylamine-5-amino-1,2,4-triazole in good quality and high yields. After imidization and reaction with an alpha,beta-unsaturated acid derivative, the reaction intermediate was hydrolyzed in the presence of a Lewis acid to obtain the target product. This novel catalytic method for triazolopyrimidine derivatives can be carried out under inexpensive and mild conditions, and is safe and environmentally friendly. (1)H NMR results for all intermediates are reported.
