英文摘要2-Methyl-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3-methoxyphenyl)isoxazoline was synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, and the Z and E isomers were separated. (1)H NMR spectral analysis used to characterize the cis- and trans-isomers of the spectrum behavior. Their bioactivity shows that the E isomer is effective fungicide while Z isomer is ineffective.
