英文摘要Cu(II))-mediated beta C-H alkynylation of acrylamides with terminal alkynes is described by employing amideoxazoline bidentate auxiliary, forming the conjugated 1,3-enynes. This protocol is charactenzed by its mild conditions, broad substarate scope and excellent regio- and stereo-selectivity.
