英文摘要 | Cu(II)-mediated β-C-H alkynylation of acrylamides with terminal alkynes is described by employing amide-oxazoline bidentate auxiliary, forming the conjugated 1,3-enynes. This protocol is characterized by its mild conditions, broad substarate scope and excellent regio-and stereo-selectivity. |
