英文摘要 | Halogenated nitroaromatic compounds are typical environmental xenobiotic and have been wildly utilized in the chemi cal syntheses of pharmaceuticals, dyes, pesticides, insecticide, etc. The use of these synthetic compounds caused serious impact to both ecological environment and human health due to their carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic nature. Microorganisms have ex tremely strong environment adaptiveness and play an important role in degrading contaminants because they could evolve corresponding metabolic pathway with the introduction of various halogenated nitroaromatics into the environment. Here we present an integrated re view of the microbial degradation of and chemotactic response to (halogenated-) nitroaromatics. In addition, we put forward the out look for the future research. This review will increase our understanding of the microbial catabolism process of (halogenated-) nitroaro matics and provide theoretical basis for bioremediation of contaminated environment. |
