中文摘要 | In order to understand the current status of the mental health level of medical staff, and make practical suggestions to improve their mental health. This study selected 1,463 medical staff samples from 13,305 valid questionnaires surveyed on the psychological status of scientific and technological workers nationwide in 2017., while 1441 other scientific and technical workers were taken as a control group. The survey data used the simplified version of the Flow Regulation Center Depression Scale, General Anxiety Questionnaire, Job Burnout Questionnaire, Job Impact Family Questionnaire and other questionnaires, measured depression, anxiety, job burnout, work-family conflict, etc. Using IBM spss and process software for data analysis, to explored the work-family conflicts and job burnout on the mental health of medical staff. The main research results of burnout on mental health are as follows:1. The depression of medical staff was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the anxiety was not significantly different from that of the control group.2. Job burnout of medical staff plays a partial intermediary role between work-family cofflict and depression and anxiety. Job burnout mediated 16.0% of depression and 21.2% of anxiety.3. The sleep hours and working hours of medical staff significantly moderated the above-mentioned mediation model, in which "average daily work hours Monday to Friday" in work hours moderated the two paths related to burnout in the mediation model with depression as the dependent variable; The "average daily work hours Saturday to Sunday " moderated two pathways related to work-family impact in a mediation model with anxiety as the dependent variable.Conclusion: The depression and anxiety of medical staff are not significantly higher than those of the control group; the work-family conflict of medical staff partly affects depression and anxiety through job burnout; high sleep duration and low work time will alleviate the effects of work-family conflict and job burnout on depression and anxiety Impact. 英文摘要 | 为了解医护人员心理健康水平的现状,并对改善他们的心理健康状况提出切实可行的建议。本研究从2017年对全国科技工作者心理状况进行调查的1.3305万份有效问卷中选取医护人员样本1463人,同时抽取其他科技工作者1441人作为对照组。该调查数据采用了流调中心抑郁量表简版、广泛性焦虑问卷、工作倦怠问卷、工作家庭冲突问卷等问卷测量了抑郁、焦虑、工作倦怠、工作家庭冲突等,并运用IBM spss和process软件做数据分析,探讨了医护人员的工作家庭冲突、工作倦怠对心理健康的影响机制,主要研究结果如下:1. 医护人员的抑郁显著低于对照组,焦虑与对照组无显著差异。2. 医护人员的工作倦怠在工作家庭冲突和抑郁、焦虑之间分别起部分中介作用。其中工作倦怠对抑郁的中介效应量是16.0%,对焦虑的中介效应量是21.2%。3. 医护人员的睡眠时长和工作时长分别显著调节了上述中介模型,其中工作时长中的“工作日工作时长”在以抑郁为因变量的中介模型中,调节了与工作倦怠有关的两条路径;“周末工作时长”在以焦虑为因变量的中介模型中,调节了与工作影响家庭有关的两条路径。结论:医护人员的抑郁和焦虑都不显著高于对照组;医护人员的工作家庭冲突部分通过工作倦怠影响抑郁、焦虑;高睡眠时长和低工作时长会缓解工作家庭冲突和工作倦怠对抑郁、焦虑的影响。 |
