英文摘要Mechanisms of D-phenylalanine (D-Phe) on corrosion of Q235 carbon steel caused by Desulfovibrio sp. Huiquan2017 with different electron donors were investigated. When lactate was main electron donor, D-Phe did not influence the average corrosion loss, but inhibited localized corrosion by repressing biofilm formation and altering biofilm structure, which was supported by comparative transcriptome analysis. When lactate and yeast extract were removed, D-Phe significantly reduced corrosion loss, and weakened selective phase corrosion and localized corrosion. It may due to the proceeding of the Stickland reaction, in which L-cysteine is electron donor and L-Phe transformed from D-Phe by bacteria is electron acceptor.
